From 1-bed pads to large family homes, we appreciate that each of our guests is looking for something different, and there’s nothing that we like more than to indulge your requests.  As such, you’ll find a bespoke range of services available to make your stay with us as pleasurable and memorable as possible.

Be Our Guest

  • We’re available by phone from the moment of your first enquiry right through to the end of your stay, and if you want to speak to anyone in person our West End office is open for you to drop by. For out of office hours, there is a 24-hour management emergency line.

  • We do a full check in, there are no hidden costs and we’ll take you through every step of your stay.

  • You can always request additional services or items to be arranged before your stay, such as milk waiting in the fridge on arrival or airport transfers.

  • Check-in any time after 2pm – we’ll be there, waiting to welcome you at the door and guide you into the apartment.

  • Once inside you’ll find a welcome pack with a guide to your area, FAQs, and little luxuries like L’Occitane products.

  • We also wouldn’t leave you without those everyday necessities of coffee, tea and biscuits to make you feel instantly at home.

  • Fresh fluffy towels and crisp high quality linen.

  • Wi-Fi is in every apartment.

  • We can provide maid services and scrupulous cleaning – just as if housekeeping has been but without that jolting morning knock.

  • We offer local recommendations, be they restaurants, art galleries, music venues or coffee-spots.

Be Our Landlord

  • First and foremost, we want to make sure you’re confident and comfortable with how your property is managed. Part of this is being provided with inspection reports every quarter.

  • All data on your property, check-ins and checkouts and the bits in between, are emailed to you as and when they happen.

  • With up to 80% occupancy levels, our serviced apartments are a successful and highly profitable venture for you.

  • There’s no waiting around for payments, we make these regularly and send monthly statements

  • Your property is always maintained to the highest standards. We believe in a spotless service, so your apartment is cleaned top-to-toe a minimum of once a week – more if you have a series of short-stay guests.

  • We provide your property with extensive exposure, with a continuous strategic marketing plan to ensure that your property always has guests. We operate over a range of short-term let websites in addition to this one, and are social media whizzes when it comes to property promotion.
